Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the box and cardboard packaging industry.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
  • Ability to effectively identify and develop new prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
  • Understanding of industry trends and ability to adapt sales strategies to remain relevant and effective.
  • Interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, with good listening skills.
  • High customer service orientation, as well as the ability to understand and meet customer needs appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on achieving company targets and goals.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams to achieve optimal results.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications for reports and presentations.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel for work when necessary.
  • Active English language skills (both spoken and written) or other foreign languages will be an added value.
  • Professional appearance and ability to create a positive impression when interacting with customers.
  • Preference will be given to those residing in East Java and willing to be placed in Sidoarjo.

Job Description:

  • Achieve established sales targets by identifying and developing new prospects and maintaining existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and opportunities for future sales growth.
  • Provide appropriate sales solutions tailored to the specific needs and challenges of each customer to increase the likelihood of closing deals.
  • Proactively gather customer feedback to improve product and service quality, and convey recommendations to the product development team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and shipping to ensure smooth sales processes and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly update and manage sales records and activities to ensure visibility, accountability, and transparency in achieving results.Analyze sales performance on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and formulate strategies to meet or exceed set targets.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the industry by keeping up with market trends, new products, and competitor strategies to remain relevant in the competition and provide additional insights to customers.
